Microchips Program started at Giza Zoo.

Giza Zoo staff started the Microchips Program at Giza Zoo on 28th November.

Dr. Osama implant the Capuchin.
The program aim is to identify all the zoo’s animals with a unique microchip number according to the international standards used in zoos all over the world.

The program started with the Barbary sheep, Giza zoo have 85 specimens, then Nubian Ibex, Capuchin Monkey, Grevit Monkey, Ponies & Lions.
